Policy Development and Implementation

Develops and enforces HR policies to guide staff conduct and organizational culture.

Reward Management

Oversees compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to motivate staff.

Termination Process

Manages staff exits and ensures compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

Policy Development, Reviewing and Implementation

Designs and reviews gender and wellness policies to ensure inclusivity and fairness.

Gender Mainstreaming and Empowerment

Promotes gender equality and empowers employees through targeted programs.

Employee Wellness and Support Services

Provides wellness programs and support services to enhance employee wellbeing.

Inclusivity Program Activities

Develops and implements activities that promote inclusivity across the Authority.

Research, Monitoring and Evaluation

Conducts research and evaluates gender and wellness programs for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement, Collaboration and Partnership
