ICT Policy Formulation
Formulate, review, and govern ICT policies, strategies, and procedures to ensure continuous alignment with national development priorities, e-Government imperatives, and current technological trends.
Network & Infrastructure Management
Plan, implement, and maintain a secure, reliable, and high-performance network and ICT infrastructure to support all organizational operations and services.
Digital Transformation & Innovation
Lead and execute Digital Transformation and Innovation programs, including e-Government flagship projects, to digitize business processes, improve cash flow management, and enhance overall service delivery.
ICT Projects & Vendor Management
Oversee and manage all ICT projects, procurements, and vendor relationships to ensure effective resource utilization and the successful, timely delivery of technology solutions.
